Level 1: The Translator I understand the difference between "Search" (Google) and "Reasoning" (LLMs). I can verify if an AI output is a hallucination without guessing. I use a structured prompt framework (Role, Context, Constraints) every time.

Level 2: The Co-Creator I use AI daily to reduce administrative drudgery (emails, summaries). I have a saved "Context Anchor" (My Voice/Bio) that I paste into chats. I save my successful prompts in a library to reuse later.

Level 3: The Builder I have redesigned at least one core weekly workflow to be "AI-First." I use "Agents" (Custom GPTs/Projects) rather than starting from scratch. I can quantify exactly how many hours AI saves me per week.

Level 4: The Strategist I use AI to analyze patterns and run "Pre-Mortems" on decisions. I have an established "AI Usage Policy" or ethical framework for my work. I actively teach or mentor others on Predictive Intelligence.
