Privacy & Data Governance
Effective Date: December 31, 2025At Predicai™, we treat data governance as a capability, not just compliance. This policy explains how we handle information across Predicai services, including the Academy and Shield (including Shield Check and optional scam reporting).
Your submissions are used only to deliver the service you requested and to keep Predicai operating safely.
- No selling of personal data.
- No public-model training on your submitted artifacts or messages.
- No advertising use of your submissions.
- No public examples without your explicit written consent.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to run Predicai and deliver what you request:
- Account & Contact Data: name, email address, and (optional) LinkedIn URL (e.g., via forms).
- Payment Data: billing status and transaction history (processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers).
- Academy Artifact Data: content you submit for coursework or certification (e.g., documents, links).
- Shield Check Inputs: text you paste and/or screenshots you upload for analysis.
- Support Data: messages you send to support (for troubleshooting, refunds, or questions).
- Basic Technical Data: limited device/browser data and security logs (e.g., to prevent abuse and attacks).
2. Shield Check™ and Scam Reports
Shield Check is designed to provide a calm second opinion on suspicious messages and screenshots. You control what you submit.
Optional scam reporting: If you choose to report a scam, you may provide additional context. This is optional and is used to improve internal operations, trend monitoring, and safety enforcement. If we ever want to use a real submission publicly, we will request explicit written permission first.
3. The “No PII” Rule
Before submitting any artifact or screenshot, you should redact personal or regulated identifiers:
- Client, patient, or customer identifiers
- Account numbers, addresses, DOBs, SSNs, medical record numbers, passwords, or one-time codes
- Unredacted financial statements or legal documents
- Trade secrets you are not authorized to share
4. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Deliver the services you request (Academy, Shield Check, downloads, email delivery)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Provide customer support and handle refunds/cancellations
- Prevent abuse, spam, and attacks against our forms and site
- Improve internal operations (e.g., usability fixes, reducing false positives, content clarity)
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution)
5. Service Providers (Processors)
We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with vendors needed to deliver Predicai and operate securely. Depending on what you use, these may include:
- Stripe (payments and billing)
- Notion (Academy content delivery / portal workflows)
- Tally (forms and file uploads used in Shield Check / intake)
- MailerLite (or equivalent email provider) (sending downloads, receipts, briefings, and membership emails)
- Cloudflare (site performance, security, and abuse prevention)
- AI processing provider(s) used to analyze submitted text/images for Shield Check outputs
These providers process data under their own policies and security controls. We choose reputable vendors and minimize sharing to what is necessary.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Typical retention includes:
- Account and billing records: retained as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution
- Shield Check inputs: retained only as needed for service delivery, abuse prevention, and support troubleshooting
- Academy artifacts: retained for access and certification support unless you request deletion
You can request deletion of your submitted artifacts and associated profile by emailing hello@predicai.ai. We will delete or de-identify content where feasible.
Note: We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes (for example, transaction records maintained by Stripe).
7. Cookies & Analytics
Predicai may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for basic site operation and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies for targeted ads.
If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and how to opt out where applicable.
8. Security
We use standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest through our vendors. No system is 100% secure, so please follow the “No PII” rule and avoid submitting secrets.
9. Your Choices & Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@predicai.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
10. Children’s Privacy
Predicai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International Visitors
Our service providers may process data in jurisdictions outside your home country. By using Predicai, you understand that your information may be processed where our vendors operate.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as Predicai evolves. If changes are material, we will update the Effective Date above and may provide additional notice through the site or email.
