To earn the Level 3 Builder Certification, your Capstone submission is audited against these 7 strict criteria.

Certification means: a human-audited workflow artifact that passes the Gates and produces repeatable results.

1. Intent Clarity

Does the system have a clearly defined Role, Context, and Goal?

2. Reasoning Integrity

Does the workflow break complex tasks into correct steps and checks?

3. Constraint Safety

Are there explicit constraints to reduce hallucination and scope creep?

4. Repeatability

Does the workflow produce consistent results 3 times in a row?

5. Evidence Handling

Does it cite sources when needed and clearly label assumptions?

6. Human Override

Does it require human review for high-stakes outputs and decisions?

7. Operational Fit

Is it deployable in real tools with clear inputs, outputs, and ownership?
